Cancellation & Refunds
The terms hereof shall constitute the cancellation and refund policy (Policy) of the "Inticure" website hosted on www.inticure.com (Website) run by NextBig Healthcare Private Limited (We/Us/Our).
This Policy shall be read in conjunction with the Terms of Use of the Website at https://www.inticure.com/term-of-use (Terms of Use). Any terms capitalized and not defined herein shall have the meaning prescribed to it under the Terms of Use
This Policy shall apply to any paid Services availed by a user of the Website (You).
1. CANCELLATION POLICY
1.1. Cancellation by Practitioners: In the event that You have booked an appointment with a Practitioner on the Website and the Practitioner has cancelled such appointment, then:
(a) We shall assign you a Practitioner having expertise in the same specialisation as the one You have initially booked, on the same time slot (Transfer), in which case You shall not be eligible for a cancellation or refund; or
(b) if We are unable to make such Transfer, You shall be given the opportunity to reschedule the appointment with the same Practitioner or another Practitioner having expertise in the same specialisation, as available on the Website, subject to the availability of the Practitioners. If You choose to not avail the opportunity provided in this Clause 1.1 (b), You shall be eligible for a full refund of the amount You paid for booking that particular appointment.
1.2. Cancellation by You: In the event that You have booked an appointment with a Practitioner on the Website and You have cancelled the appointment, then:
(a) if the cancellation is made at least 7 (seven) days prior to the date of the appointment, You shall be eligible for a full refund of the amount You paid for booking that particular appointment;
(b) if the cancellation is made later than 7 days from date of appointment, but at least 72 (seventy two) hours prior to the time of the appointment, You shall be eligible for a refund of 50% of the amount You paid for booking that particular appointment.
(c) You shall not be eligible for any refund if the cancellation is made less than 72 (seventy two) hours prior to the time of the appointment.
1.3. Notwithstanding anything mentioned herein, We may, in our sole discretion, provide refunds at more favourable terms than as mentioned in Clause 1.2 above. However, such refund to one person shall not provide You or any other person the right to claim or demand similar benefits from the Company.
2. Limited Liability
We do not practice medicine or provide any healthcare services and We do not provide medical consultation. We merely provide a technology platform and infrastructure that enables You to connect with participating Practitioners on the Website and to consult with them. Under no circumstances shall We be liable for any claims of direct, indirect, special, consequential or incidental losses or damages You have suffered during the course of a Consultation. Notwithstanding the above, Our monetary liability shall be limited to the amount of the fee we have collected from You for the service in dispute, regardless of the nature of such claim.
3. PROCEDURE FOR REQUESTING REFUND
3.1. When requesting for the refund, an email has to be sent to wecare@inticure.com stating the reason for the refund of fee. The refund can only be processed subject to Clause 1 above. The email shall contain the name, appointment number, and Your account details to which the money is to be refunded. Any discrepancies in the details provided shall disqualify You from eligibility to refund.
3.2. The refunds shall be processed within 14 business days from the date of receipt of such request.
3.3. If You have any dispute with regards to the amount received as refund, you may inform us on the email provided in Clause 3.1 above.
4. CHANGES
We may at any time without notice to You and in Our sole discretion amend this Policy. You are expected to check the Policy periodically for updates.
